Beacon Health Management is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for our corporate offices located in the Tampa Palms area. Pay based on experience. Receive, audit and enter invoices for up to 10 assigned communities Obtain appropriate verification(s) and approval(s) for invoices before posting Maintain effective and professional communication Timely and professional response to internal, external and vendor inquires Monthly/Quarterly Vendor Reconciliations Ensure proper accounting of month-end and yearend invoice entry Research and resolution of invoice Filing as needed Requirements: High School Diploma 3 or more years of AP experience Detail oriented Strong math skills Ability to multi-task Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Acumatica experience preferred.
